By accessing the website at https://www.bondiguru.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
Intuitive Sessions
Session Validity - Unless stated otherwise upon purchase, any sessions purchased are valid for use for 1 month from the purchase date. Sessions unused after this time will be deemed void. Session packages must also be used within 3 months of the purchase date.
Session Recordings - All sessions are recorded and sent to the client. Session recordings remain property of Bondi Guru Pty Ltd and cannot be redistributed in any form.
Late Arrivals - Any late comers to the scheduled session time will result in that particular session being forfeited.
Reschedule - To reschedule a session we require a minimum 24 hours notice. Rescheduling a session within 24 hours will result in the session being forfeited. You are able to reschedule your session a maximum of 2 times, any additional reschedules will result in the session deemed void.
No Shows - No shows to a session will result in the session being forfeited. Under extreme circumstances, this can be waived at the discretion of Bondi Guru Pty Ltd.
Intuitive Sessions (from 1st October, 2021)
Session Bookings and Attendance:All 12 sessions must be used within 4 months from the purchase date. Sessions unused after this time will be deemed forfeited.
All sessions are recorded and sent to the client. Session recordings remain property of Bondi Guru Pty Ltd and cannot be redistributed in any form.
Session bookings are allocated 45 minutes each; however session lengths can vary in length up to 45 minutes at the recommendation of Bondi Guru Pty Ltd.
Any latecomers to the scheduled session time over 5 minutes will result in that particular session being forfeited. Unless communicated otherwise.
Any no shows to a session will result in the session being forfeited. Under certain circumstances, this can be waived at the discretion of Bondi Guru Pty Ltd.
Cancelling and Rescheduling Sessions: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule your session. Rescheduling a session within 24 hours will result in the session being forfeited. You can reschedule your session a maximum of 2 times; any additional changes will result in the session being deemed void.
Group Sessions: Session booking for groups are allocated up to 1 hour each; however session lengths can vary at the recommendation of Bondi Guru Pty Ltd.

For any clients who are not able to attend a particular scheduled session date and time, a recording will be provided from that session.
Use Licence
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Bondi Guru's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
This is the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title, and under this licence you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials; Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Bondi Guru's website;
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
This licence shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Bondi Guru at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this licence, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

Refund, Payment Plan & Cancellation Policy
All subscriptions, programs and sessions are non-refundable once purchased. You may cancel at any time, however any payments already made are non-refundable.
Any approved payment plan payments must be paid on the agreed upon dates. If any payments are not made in accordance to the agreed payment plan, the program/session will be deemed forfeited.
