It’s ok to hang back for a day or two; you don’t have to be run off your feet all day every day. Take the time you need and make sure you allow yourself the rest that your mind and body needs, if you don’t do this now then you’ll be forced to do it later on and it won’t be int eh way that you’d love to do it. If you allow yourself to be ok with taking the time that your mind and body need to rest and recover, then you’ll have so much more energy to do the things you want to do moving forward. I have a feeling that you are about to go through a whole new gate in your life.
